The system will not allow you to remove or delete and we've designed it that way for compliance purposes. All actions that a specific user takes with an applicant is logged into the system. By deleting the user, their actions would also be deleted.
If you need to disable a user's access to the system you can simply deactivate them. When a user is deactivated they will no longer be able to log in to the hiring system.
To Deactivate a user click Admin > Users > select the user you wish to deactivate by clicking the checkbox next to their name then click Take Action > select Deactivate.
