The primary System Administrator (keyholder) can control the order in which scorable position elements appear in the default views for all Applicant Queue pages.
To prioritize the scores, first go to Admin > Settings > Default Views.
In this list you will find all scorable position elements in your system. Simply drag the elements that are of most importance to the top of the list, and that will be the first position element column in your default views. The Overall Score column will always be anchored to the top of your list, and will always display as the last column in all of your default views. In the event the number of a position’s elements exceeds the number of columns available in the Applicant Queue, the system will display as many as possible based on your prioritized order.
The non-position element columns have not changed and will always appear in the following order, before your first position element column:
- Checkbox
- ! Column
- Applicant
- Application Type
- Stage
- Applied Date
- Last Action Date
- Last Action
Note: If a posted position is not using a certain element, it will not appear as a column in a position’s default views. Click the “i” icon next to a custom element to learn which custom scoring method is assigned to the custom position element.
