Hard Skills and Soft Skills Scoring

Within the Applicant File, you can view the results of the Hard and Soft Skills qualifiers for the applicant. The overall score displays next to the skill type in the Applicant File area.

Note: These sections are only included in an Applicant File if they were included in your job posting.

1. Click Hard Skills or Soft Skills to review the results.
   
   
   
   
2. The results display with the questions that were included in your posting, the answer given by the candidate, and the Points value (determined by the answers that were specified as “correct” for each question). The total score is listed at the bottom.
   
   
3. You can add or review notes associated with Hard or Soft Skill results by clicking Notes at the top.
