A Disposition Code (DC) is used when an applicant is Rejected and is a reason why an applicant was not given a job offer. Applicants DO NOT SEE the Disposition Code applied to their application.
Your Online Hiring Center includes a full library of DCs that is pre-installed in your system:
- Better qualified candidates
- Cannot work required hours
- Does not meet minimum requirements
- Duplicate applicant for this position
- Failed pre-employment drug test
- Failed to complete application
- Failed to go for pre-employment drug test
- Falsified application
- Inadequate experience
- Instability in past work history
- Location
- Motivational fit - career aspirations
- Motivational fit - previous earnings and/or career level
- No response
- Other candidate hired
- Performance during onsite interview
- Poor communication
- Position put on hold
- Previous candidate who did not qualify for position
- Previous employee not eligible for rehire
- Salary requirements too high
- Withdrawn
You can add, edit, or remove DCs by clicking Library > Picklists > Disposition Code.
