Our integration with Info Cubic allows users to easily perform pre-employment testing on any applicant. Any of the available tests can be initiated from within the applicant's file and are communicated directly to the applicant via the Hyrell system. When the tests are completed, the system will notify you that the results are ready.

SETUP: GETTING STARTED
Setup of Info Cubic is only available to System Administrators. Additional Users don't have this ability. Info Cubic requires an initial phone call verification to set up your account. Once verification is complete, all actions are automated within the system.

Step #1 - Activate Service Provider
To activate Info Cubic, navigate to Admin > Integrated Services
Navigate to Background Check and select Learn More on the Info Cubic box.
If you have already set up your Info Cubic account, you will be provided with an activation code. Please follow the steps below and enter your code.
Continue to Navigate to the Activation tab and enter the provided code. Press Submit when completed.
Step #2 - Authorizing Users
By authorizing a user, that user will be able to initiate background checks and will also be able to access/review background check results.
To authorize a user, click Admin > Authorizations
Select Background Checks and click once into the checkbox of the user you wish to authorize. After all desired Users are selected, click Update to save.
Set-up is now complete.
USING THE INFO CUBIC INTEGRATION
Step 1 – Initiate Background Check
From within the Applicant File navigate to the Background Check section.
Choose the testing package you would like the applicant to complete.
Confirm your test and verify the email that will be sent to the applicant. You can change this content directly in the editor window.
Note: A token can be used in this email to automatically pull the Info Cubic package name into the subject and/or body of the email. The token must be entered exactly as follows: ##packagename##. The token is primarily for hiring systems with a large number of locations, but it is available to all users. The token helps Info Cubic identify which package was selected.
Your applicant will be notified of your request via email and a link will be provided to complete the next steps of the applicant.
Your applicant will then complete the necessary information to complete the background check and confirm the entry.
Step 2 – View Results
Upon return of background check results to the applicant’s file, authorized users receive an email alert. Log into the system and open the applicant’s file, then click the background check results button.
Click the View link and log into Info Cubic’s secure environment to review details.
