The Community Library

The Community Library is an unlimited collection of pre-written Position Templates and Position Elements that are available for your use. Think of the Community Library as the “Mother” library, and your Library as the “Child.” You can import pre-existing Position Templates and Position Elements from the Community Library into your library to create a baseline for your job postings. 

Once a template has been imported, it now belongs to the “Child,” meaning your Library—there is no link back to the “Mother”, or Community Library. You can make any changes you like to an imported template to more closely match your company’s needs and/or job requirements. The templates in your Library will never be overwritten by changes made to the Community Library. However, you can re-import a template from the Community Library at any time…this resource is always available to you.
