So you are new to the Hiring System and need a quick overview of how it all works. Great! You're in the right place and we're happy to get you started.
We all know that the term “new” can sometimes be a little intimidating. You have so many questions and so little time to learn new software. But our Fast Start User’s Guide for Hiring Managers is here to help! We’ve put all of the answers to your basic recruitment software questions in one convenient location.
In the following article, you will receive a complete overview on what will be the most important features for any new hiring manager to the system. The Fast Start User’s Guide will break down your system into these main areas:
- Careers Page
- Login Screen
- Navigation Tabs
- My Positions Page
- Individual Position Page
- Applicant File
- Applicant File – Acknowledge
- Applicant File – Reference Check
- Applicant File – Schedule Interview
- Applicant File – Reject
- Applicant File – Hire
The following information will provide you with an overview of what different functions do and what is inside each section. Additionally, our team has built an entire knowledge base of articles within our Support and Resources Center that explain system functionality in much more depth. Follow up links are provided for you if you are interested in more information on any of these specific topics.
One last thing: Keep in mind that this Fast Start User’s Guide is just an overview for Hiring Managers that are new to the system – NOT companies that are new. If your company has just signed on, and you need to set up your brand new hiring center, we have an entire series of “Getting Started” articles to help you through the process.
