After 30 days, open positions have fallen in priority from Internet job boards.   Consider prompt processing of all applicants, as they are probably looking for a job in more than one place.  It is best to process all of your applicants within a few weeks and then un-post/re-post the position.  By doing so, your position will move to the top of job listings on Internet job boards
