Do all levels of users see the same features in the system?

No. Features such as editing positions/emails, hiring, or posting positions may be limited by your level of access.

A Level 1 user will have acces to the Admin, By Loctions and Template tabs

Level 2 user will not have access to the tabs above but will have access to all positions at their loction.

Level 3 user will not have access to the tabs above but will have access to all the positions in their department.
