1. Navigation Bar: From here, you may navigate to other areas of the system. This navigation bar appears on every page. The titles/links may change according to your level of access
2. Library: Click here to access the system library where you may access all locations, templates, and active positions
3. Create Template: You may clone any template that appears on this drop-down list. Select a template, customize/re-title it, and save it as a new template
4. Metrics: Click here to monitor/measure active posting activity by position
5. Search: From here, you may search any area of the application through the use of a key word
6. View By Manager/Location: Provided that you have the access, you may view other managers’ recruiting activity from their hiring centers
7. Requisition Request: Click here to initiate a requisition. This workflow is designed to obtain approval prior to activating a posting
