This enhancement involves the introduction of an Interview Notes button in the applicant's file. It would be used by a hiring official to conduct an interview and take notes during that process.

The plan for this would be a highly developed set of free form questions and ratings that will allow the hiring manager to accurately gauge the responses of each candidate.  The attached PDF is a sample of the types of questions asked as well as the ratings scales for each.
