Removing a Manager or User

You might find that you have a manager no longer works for you or you need to restrict their access to your Hiring Center. You can follow these steps to remove him/her from the system.
  1. Log into your admin page. (ex: yourdomain.hyrell.com/admin)
  2. Click the ‘Library’ tab
  3. Find the position that the manager was assigned to
  4. Click the blue ‘Edit’ pencil. 
  5. Go to the second box on the first page titled ‘User’
  6. Click the 'delete' button next to the managers name. 
  7. Do this for all of the positions assigned to this manager. 
  8. Now, click the ‘Admin’ tab (top right hand side of your page). 
  9. In the Admin box click the ‘User’ link. 
  10. Find the managers name and click on the blue ‘Edit’ pencil. 
  11. Under status click the drop down box and ‘Disable’ the manager.
