All applicants are asked job-specific questions so that the system tells you objectively how each applicant stacks up against your "ideal" candidate. You set the criteria -- the applicants tell you if he/she is a match by their answers.

Score The Responses
Once the system has scored their job-specific questions, you can decide which applicants you want to review further. You get to review, rank and score their qualitative responses and continue to weed out the unqualified applicants.
