1. Total Open Positions: This area of the page displays all currently open positions (in blue), as well as paused positions (in orange). This is a sortable column
2. Posted Date: This is the date when active recruiting began. This is a sortable column
3. Location: This is the address of the position. This is a sortable column
4. Total/New Applicants: The blue hyperlink number represents applications that have not yet been opened. The black number represents the total number of applicants in the queue. This is a sortable column
5. Rejected: The red hyperlink number represents all applicants who have been rejected to date. This is a sortable column
6. Hired: The blue hyperlink number represents all applicants who have been hired to date. This is a sortable column
7. Self Eliminated: The number in this column represents the number of job seekers who began the job application process (by answering one or more questions) and then elected not to complete the process. This is a sortable column
8. Queries: The number that appears in this column represents the number of times job seekers clicked on this posting from Internet job boards, company website, or other online sources. This is a sortable column
