JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee will "Delight Shoppers" by providing excellent customer service in keeping with our Motto, Mission Statement, Stauffers Standard, and Core Values.  They will operate with integrity by taking responsibility for their actions and being truthful in all interactions.  And they will develop strong business relationships by interacting with others in a manner that creates a pleasant and professional working environment.
 
This position will require 2-3 evenings per week, from 4-8pm or 5-9pm.  Will also require one or both days every weekend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathers and stocks grocery carts in the prescribed manner.
  • Loads all purchases neatly and carefully in vehicles, checking loading slips for proper direction.
  • Maintains an organized and clean carport area.
  • Stock registers with bags.
  • Bags groceries for cashiers, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred
  • Basic math skills, such as adding/subtracting multiple digit numbers, units of weight, and/or U.S. currency
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Will work 2-3 evening shifts per week starting at 4pm, plus weekends.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
